Hyderabad Waterproofing offers structural waterproofing assessments, chemical membrane applications, and pressure grouting across Greater Hyderabad. Initial site surveys are scheduled by mutual agreement prior to dispatch.
All project estimates are issued in writing with detailed chemical brand specifications, layer counts, and square-footage rates. Work commences upon mutual agreement of payment schedules, typically structured into material advance, progress milestones, and final testing completion.
Our warranties (ranging from 5 to 10 years depending on the selected technical system) apply to the treated structural substrate against water penetration. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from subsequent structural remodeling, unauthorized drilling through waterproof membranes, seismic movement, or external mechanical impact.
For terrace waterproofing projects, final project certification and handover require a 48-hour water ponding test to confirm zero seepage before the final warranty document is executed.
